First of all, let’s remind you that Elden Ring will be released this Friday, February 25, 2022 on PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One and PC. After many years of waiting and hoping, FromSoftware will finally deliver its most ambitious game. Open world, difficulty and anthology fights are waiting for us in this umpteenth Souls-like.

On Twitter, the game’s official account has specified the launch times for each territory. In the US, for example, the PC version of Elden Ring will be playable six hours earlier than the console version. As for pre-loading, it is already possible on Xbox consoles. PlayStation and PC players (via Steam) will be able to download the game 48 hours before its launch… That is, around midnight on February 23.

Finally, without counting the Day One patch that will be added on top of it, Elden Ring takes up about 49 GB of storage on Xbox, compared to approximately 45 GB on PlayStation. As for the PC version, it requires at least 60 GB of free space to be installed.
