At the beginning of January, Death Stranding Director’s Cut was confirmed to be released on PC, but without giving us a precise date. This has been corrected today by 505 Games, as this more complete edition of the game signed by Kojima Productions will be released in March.
On our computers, Death Stranding Director’s Cut will offer several additions and improvements. For example, a photo mode will appear, along with compatibility with ultra-wide monitors. The game will also be smoother thanks to an increased frame rate. New missions, skills, structures and equipment will also be available.
The publisher 505 Games has therefore announced this weekend that Death Stranding Director’s Cut will be released on March 30, 2022 on PC via Steam and the Epic Games Store. The game is priced at $39.99. However, owners of the standard edition will have access to an upgrade for only $9.99. This option can be accessed from the main menu of the title. Death Stranding is even available at 70% off until February 3.
This Director’s Cut version is already available on PlayStation 5 and can be added to the Steam wishlist now.
